Credit Card Use

Felixrey.com accepts the following credit cards for online purchases: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover and JCB.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be applied to orders being shipped to New York customers. The tax rate charged to the customer will depend upon which New York county the merchandise is shipped to and where the customer takes possession. Sales tax must be applied to the cost of shipping as well as the merchandise.

Processing and Shipping

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed and your item(s) are in stock, orders are shipped immediately from our warehouse in Secaucus, New Jersey.

Shipping Addresses

Sorry, we do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Box addresses or to U.S. territories.

Merchandise Availability

Felixrey.com offers an edited selection of merchandise available in retail stores that carry Felix Rey. We frequently add new items to our online selection. Stay updated with new inventory, sales and special offers by registering for the Felix Rey newsletter. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

Order Cancellation

Orders may not be cancelled but unworn/unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase. See our Return Policy.

Return Policy

To request a return, an email must be sent to fr-support@felixrey.com in order to obtain a Merchandise Return Form. A return will not be accepted without a complete Merchandise Return Form.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the UPS signed delivery date. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All returns must be unworn/unused and in original condition and must have the original tag attached. All return packages must be accompanied by an original receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns for merchandise that was not purchased via this web site. If you purchased merchandise from an authorized Felix Rey retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your item(s), you must contact the original seller directly.
